Real Estate Development

CKT’s real estate foundation began with SCDC Co., developer of Korea’s first and largest private real estate development project.
Today, CKT leads next-generation urban projects like the Incheon Smart Complex (site area: 221,489㎡), which integrates commercial, cultural, educational, and residential zones with AI-based production and research hubs.

CKT is also pioneering Urban AI Infrastructure, building AI Campuses that unite AI Data Centers (AIDC), micro-fulfillment logistics, and net-positive energy systems — shaping cities in Seoul, Silicon Valley, and Brooklyn that redefine accessibility and sustainability.

AI Vertical

CKT’s AI subsidiary company, MAILab, is powered by Korea’s only 2-petaflops-class proprietary AI supercomputer, co-developed with NVIDIA and Qualcomm.

MAILab’s i2Brain engine delivers advanced Vision AI for medical diagnostics, while expanding into industrial, logistics, and beauty AI.

Through the Lbrain and Mbrain engines, MAILab is also developing AI tailored for law and finance, in collaboration with the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF), creating the next generation of AI-driven financial services and education platforms.

Education

Through TKNetwork (founded 2011), CKT invests in educational growth across Asia and the U.S.
The group co-operates with SJ International Education Group and invested in Jilin Vocational and Technical College (30,000+ students), while partnering with NYIF — a 120-year-old institution established by the NYSE — to advance global financial education.

K-Beauty

Eastern Beauty distributes K-beauty products across China, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Nigeria, while its private brand Maison Selene offers 40+ SKUs that blend Korean innovation with local identity.

Media

CKT’s media arm, UnitedCom, operates an internet media and legal platform that democratizes access to information.
